VLC 1.0 Released
After many years in beta, VLC has finally reached the 1.0 point of development. VLC is an alternative media player for the Mac/Windows/Linux that can handle most things you throw at it without needing extra plugins to be installed. This latest 1.0 release does require Leopard to work although older versions can be downloaded for Tiger.
