Hazel adds App Sweep multi-user support
Noodlesoft, maker of the popular cleaner application Hazel, announced the release of Hazel 2.3. The update adds multi-user support for the feature called App Sweep (that helps delete applications properly). The multi-user support gives other users on the same machine the option to delete their support files for the deleted app as well, when another user on the Mac deletes an application. New in the update is also more formatting options for file attributes, many user interface tweaks, bug fixes as well as support for archiving in the RAR format.
The update to Hazel 2.3 is a free update for current owners and a new license costs $22. To run Hazel, you need to have Mac OS X 10.4 or later as well as a modern web browser, such as Safari or Firefox.
