Adium 1.3.4 released, 1,4 beta supports Twitter and IRC!
The popular and free instant messaging client, Adium has today announced the release of their version 1.3.4, featuring core updates with updated libpurple versions and updates to the Facebook chat plugin. It’s a recommended upgrade and will be the final release for the 1.4 users. Also announced today is the first beta of Adium 1.4, featuring both IRC and Twitter integration as well as many other improvements. The new Adium 1.4 will require Leopard however
Other new features in the Adium 1.4 beta is updates to libpurple, support for contacts in multiple groups, new authorization windows and a lot more (full changelog on the beta website). You can download the beta over at the Adium Beta website and the latest stable release over at their standard site, or by checking for updates within Adium.
